2003 Cabernet Sauvignon
Estate Bottled
Aged 23 months in a blend of French & American Oak this wine is again why we think Cabernet Sauvignon is the Premier grape to be grown on the Santa Rosa Plateau. Big lip smacking chewy red berry with that cedar coffee overtone from the oak barrels make it one to enjoy with that grilled rack of lamb or a big juicy poterhouse steak. I'm getting thirsty.

2003 Cabernet Franc
Estate Bottled
Aged 22 months in our premium French Oak barrrels, this wine is smooth
and velvety on the palate. Deep garnet in color with aromas of cherries, plum,
spice and delicate oak on the nose. Soft tannins round out the flavor profile,
making this wine very approachable now, and will continue to age well over the
next 5-7 years.
2003 Merlot
Another excellent crop made it easy to repeat a winner. This years
Merlot is bold, and rich with ripe fruit. Dark cherry nuances with hints of
raspberry predominate. Aged 24 months, tis elegant wine is dark ruby in color,
with a substantial body and rich tannins. It should hold up well for 6-8 years
and develop character as it ages. It will go with just about any hardy dish
including pasta, steaks, or that special prime rib your just waiting to serve.
Scrumptious and definitely not a " wimpy merlot" ....

2003 Barbera
An Italian varietal that is underplayed here in the US. The flavor is rich with
aromas of cherries and currents. Vibrant fruit flavors but lighter and more
enjoyable with fruits & cheeses or a light pasta dish. This one has also
been a very bit hit!
