2002 Cabernet Sauvignon - Estate grown
Big fruit with great color intensity. Blackberry, dark cherry accompanied with subtle cedar and coffee undertones. Firm tannin structures will lend this wine to great aging potential.

Blend – 85% Cab Sauv 12% Cab Franc 3% Merlot
Aged - 23 mo. 50% new French & American Oak barrels. You gotta try this one!

2002 Cabernet Franc – Estate grown
Another good vintage with similar characteristics to our '01 but with a little more depth due to its 23 mo. in oak. Raspberry, strawberry and toasted oak are the most predominate with a hint of mild spice on the finish.

Blend – 85% Cab Franc 15% Cab Sauv
Aged - 20 mo. 50% new French & American Oak barrels

2002 Merlot
Our first vintage of Merlot is outstanding with good balance and a mouthful of flavors.
Softer cherry & raspberry overtones with rich silky flavor and aroma. Full bodied, with well developed tannins and toastiness. Our friends and neighbors, the Nickerson's, grow this varietal for us.

Extremely limited production. We are saving this for our Wine Club members this year...it has been a very big hit! Stay tuned for our 2003 vintage which will be released soon and will be availble to all!
