2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our newest Cab is bold with dark cherry flavors, and smooth on the palate. Extended barrel aging has softened the wine and given moderate tanning structure. As always, it is minimally filtered to retain all of its body and depth. A small percentage of Cabernet Franc was added for roundness, and will fill your whole palate. Enjoy with steak, prime rib, or your favorite meat dishes.
