2005 Metaphor
This year's surprising "Metaphor" blend is primarily Petit Verdot, in a marriage of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of Merlot. Flavors of dark plum and cherries, with just a hint of vanilla. Deep violet in color with smooth tannins and subtle oak. Enjoy with lamb, filet mignon, or your favorite steak. A very elegant wine!
